"Very unprofessional customer service. Ladies there have no phone etiquette, very rude when talking to customers, JCPenny I think you can do better. They dropped off my order, and the bag where the product came in was all torn up and had black stain marks on it. Would not use their delivery service again. I am returning but did let Penny's know to send another company to pick up I will not deal with these people again."
