"In Round Rock, truck 13492, cut across TWO lanes of bumper to bumper traffic to run myself (and my toddler) and the vehicle in front of me off the road and onto the shoulder because they decided they wanted to get on the ramp. I called the number and reported them but it's not ok in any form, even if they're talked too. The man on the phone seemed concerned but for intentionally endangering everyone around them, one star. Hopefully this is taken seriously as they will surely cause a wreck further down the road and probably drive away acting like it's not their fault. I honestly hope they get fired for their negligent dangerous behaviour."
