And this most recent time Estafeta held on to my package in Mexico for 16 days for no reason. But America-Ship were great. They called Estafeta and put in a report and finally the package was delivered. Angelina and Denise at America Ship are particularly good. They will follow thru if there are any glitches and make things right. So, overall I highly recommend them."
