"The most irresponsible broker anywhere. While driving to pick up the load, the broker called every hour; when I tried to check in, it turned out that the load should have been loaded 2 days ago. Over the next day he called three times for knowing my location, the question is why did I connect to the tracking app? Arriving at night for delivery, but receiver cant take me because USDA work only MO-FR, delivery on Saturday. So the broker said he would help us unloading today, but an hour later he did not pick up the phone and no answer any more! Call to my dispatcher and saying that we were late for delivery! What??!! So I'll stay in company on all weekend... Beware of this Broker company! He doesn't know what are they doing!"

"Scam of a brokerage. Docked an overly excessive amount off the agreed rate. I do not recommend working with them."

"Easy company to work with. I called them at 3am and they helped me out with a lumper. They always do their best to help out and are very understanding. They even pay same day if you turn in your all your paperwork."

"Booked a load with Diego Santos on Jan 28th Friday. It was supposed to load on the 29th Saturday. On the 28th Friday Diego said the load is ready and if we get there by 6pm we can get loaded Friday. We got there at 5:45pm Friday and shipper said our PO# had already left. We emailed Diego and said please get us a different PO# and that we will be back on Saturday. Friday 9:30pm Diego tells us its canceled. The next morning on the 28th Jerue reposts the load. We screen shot it and sent it to Diego asking why are they posting the load they canceled. Diego responded that they can send us to a different state...AND didn't pay us a TONU since technically load picked up on the 29th and it was canceled 9pm on the 28th. Even though he told us to head in on the 28th by 6pm."
