"I advise anyone seeking employment to not work here. The owner/ "boss" Santiago "Jimmy" Garza is not capable of being a fair employer. There's a lot of special treatment happening with certain individuals just because they're either close friends with him or because they're brown-nosing him all the time. He does not listen to his employees' concerns and never really allows you to properly talk to him without interruption; he always wants to have the last word which is not boss-behavior but rather a sign of improper leadership and lack of professionalism. Vulgar language is also accepted only IF you're one of his protegés and will make excuses for it when confronted about the vulgarity happening every day. He also talks very poorly about his employees which is definitely not how a boss should behave. He is also notorious for firing people without following the rules/procedures found in his own employee handbook which is quite ironic; why give your employees a handbook if you're not going to abide by it? It's the perfect demonstration of lack of proper leadership and lack of fair employee treatment. Anyone seeking employment will be better off applying at any other business that pays more and makes sure that the working environment is fair and safe but CJi is definitely not a good place to work at"
