"I would give them ZERO stars if I could! I highly recommend using another company when it comes to your shipping needs. Not only did Alvaro/Tanis damage my vehicle upon delivery by using the wrong type of trailer, but they literally pulled onto the local golf course and damaged the fairway in the process when they unloaded the vehicle. The driver spoke NO English (undocumented) and had absolutely no clue what he was doing. After going back and forth Tanis, they now refuse to not only pay for the damages to my vehicle but ALSO the Golf Course! Do not use Tanis OR uShip for that matter, check with your local dealer for a much better transporter, someone you can trust and rely on! Oh, and just for you Alvaro, you responded on my uShip review that I did not call you for a week about the damage but I literally called you WHILE he was delivering the vehicle! I told you the SAME DAY about the damages and I'm amazed you would use someone so incompetent to deliver such a valued vehicle. And when is it my responsibility to deal with your insurance carrier when you cause the damages, as a business owner, it is YOUR responsibility to fix issues like this. Not too mention the golf course you damaged, how is your insurance carrier going to cover the damage? I highly recommend using another shipping company besides Tanis! Terrible customer service, only uses Spanish speaking undocumented drivers and outright refuses to pay for damages!"
