"Came in to ship some t-shirts to my dad. A 3lb box. I wish I would have gotten her name, but it was a pretty black lady with a nose ring. She offered to ship it $47, guaranteed to be there by the 18th. Today is the 12th, so 6 days. I've shipped a lot lately due to Christmas so I knew something was off. I asked to be sure she was clear in what she said, she was. So I asked if this was the cheapest option, no it's $15. Wait, what? I chose the cheaper option....just to find out that my package will be there on the 17th?! What the heck UPS? I haven't used this store before, but I won't be back. Something seems fishy."
"Like many others in these reviews, don't expect your packages to arrive on time or even within days of the stated date. Expect bad customer service. I read the reviews and decided against my better judgement out of convenience. All the negative reviews on this specific store are unfortunately true. The young dude with the small fro that helped me initially is the only Rep working there that is friendly. We all hate our jobs, but it's a choice to be miserable on the clock. 90% of the observed staff there look and act miserable. The tracker is pretty much useless. Not necessarily a store issue, but that comes in later. Throughout the shipping process I couldn't get any information on where the package was until the day it was supposed to arrive. "Supposed to" being the key phrase. Took multiple days, and numerous phone calls just to see where the hell it was or what was happening after the initial delivery date. Something I spent almost $300 shipping. Calling this store was the real mistake though. Horrible service throughout the whole experience. Attitude the minute they answer the phone as if they're the ones experiencing an issue. Don't ask them to repeat anything, you'll get an exaggerated sigh or they'll talk over you. Nothing more frustrating than having someone interrupt you before you can even finish sentences. Completely unprofessional. One person telling me I'm eligible for a refund, and the next rep telling me I'm not and hanging up. Out of the multiple calls made to UPS over the past week, an outsourced community rep was honestly the only professional rep I got that helped me with my issue. If you have important items that need to be shipped for work or other deadlines, please fly with them if you can or choose a different UPS store. Avoid this store. If you have an issue with your shipment, this store is the last one you want to be communicating with."
"I was helped by Mikey for a huge shipment of 30+ packages. He was friendly, patient, and efficient. Thanks to him, a tedious task for my job was made more enjoyable and handled quickly!"
"This used to be my “go to” shipping location. I prefer to ship UPS. I measure, weigh, pay and label the box at home and drop it off. My Amazon returns have also been an easy scan and drop off. BUT… In the past 2 weeks, I have received the worst service from this location. I will never go here again and may stop using UPS all together if it can no longer be convenient. In two separate transactions, a younger gentleman (same person both times) has refused to scan and accept my Amazon returns. The first time I took it as holiday rush stress. I went home and contacted Amazon and they confirmed that UPS was to take the return exactly as I presented it. When I told them UPS refused to take it, they suggested I go to a different UPS Store as this one did not seem to understand the process. The second time, I went to the store first thing in the morning and after the holiday rush. Again, the gentleman refused to take the Amazon return because he said I need to put it in a box. I showed him the instructions clearly said I was to provide “No Box, No Label” he still refused. When I suggested he take the items and put them in a bag and put a label on them as he had done with many others, he still refused and walked away from me without finishing my transaction. I asked questions and he would not answer. Based on both visits, I believe the management at this store condones and almost encourages this behavior. FYI, immediately following this interaction, I drove over to the Riverside location, who scanned the Amazon QR code, put the items in a bag, printed the label on the bag and gave me a drop-off receipt. It was a less than 2 minute interaction. Very nice gentleman working with a smile."
"Terrible customer service. I shipped my tv from this location. Paid to have my $800 tv insured, it was delivered shattered and after 1.5 months of going back and forth with the claims team I am still being refused a refund for the damage the employees caused. Truly upsetting that everyone trusts UPS and their services. Will not be going back"
