"Brian was not helpful instead of solution he was making it more complex. The staff is unprofessional and they don’t open on time . I believe BRIAN with no brain does that too. I rather go 10miles further then waste my time dealing with un trained and under qualified workers. It’s just a UPS shipping job it’s not that hard. He couldn't locate my package gave me wrong information I ended up going to other store in Austin which was helpful and solved my issue."
