"This store will try to nickel and dime you. First off, UPS is inferior to FedEx in every way. Their prices, their technology, their customer service, etc. This particular location takes that to a whole new level. They charge $5 to print a label that they should just be able to scan but require you to print because then they can say you “have” to have it printed and charge you. There is only ever one person working so if you have anymore than 3 customers expect a long wait. And finally, their employees’ default answer to any issue is always one where they charge you. For example, I had an Amazon return that combined 5 orders and they only gave one QR code. I had all the items packed in 3 boxes so I asked well can’t you just use that same QR for all 3? No, you have to buy this $11 box, put them all together so I can use the QR code once. I called Amazon and found out that is a lie. They told me just to take it to Whole Foods, no charge. Stay away from this place. It’s a borderline scam."

"This is the UPS store that I go to regularly. I’ve never had an issue with my items being shipped or efficiency but the customer svc has always been poor, 1-2. I’ve seen people ask questions, struggling and they offer NO assistance, smile, you’re welcome or thank you. Sad."
