"I have had trouble with Brown Drug the last two months and today was finally the last time they will get my business. Waited a few hours after my daughters medicine was sent to call to see if it was ready. Once I called, they told me the generic form was on back order and they hadn’t called me, sent a message or anything. However, the medicine that was ordered specifically says to use brand-name since that has worked better for my daughter. The lady I talked with aplogoized that they missed that and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I wait 20 minutes before heading that way, waited another 20 minutes in line just to get to the window to be told they havent started it yet and would be another 15-20 minutes. The communication here is terrible and they miss the details on what kind of medicine you even need. I would advise you not to waste your time."

"Not,not calling my doctors office when I needed meds filled. Not having most ofy meds. A snipy person answer phones, Not getting my meds out to me when needed."

"I waited in line 20ish min.for my turn which was fine .but when I get there because I had a coupon she actually said I needed to drive back around and get back in line because it would take possibly 5 min.to run and I didn't want to hold the line up. SERIOUSLY told me I had to go back and wait another 20 to 30 min.because now there were 6 or more..well You can park and come in..I had 4 people in front of me inside AND a grandaughter at the Dr's office to pick up. THEY DID NOT care. I GET IT your busy and irritable but this was terrible customer service and just wasn't good..got two stars because one of the gals there actually seemed to care..that I was being made to wait twice as long.."
