I arrived early to pick up my dog (it had been 3 hours I thought that he'd be done but I was informed it would be a full 4 hours) anyways I looked through the window and he was on the grooming table so I was watching him being groomed. I guess it upset the groomer she was giving me terrible dirty looks that made me feel really uncomfortable and for that reason I won't take him back. P.S. My dog didn't see me watching so I don't see why it was a problem that I was peeking in. The haircut came out good. Cost was $106.50"
"Very poor customer service! After a long day of work I barely made it in time before they closed. I understand it can be frustrating I apologized for arriving late and was still treated poorly. This is the exact reason I give my business to their competitor. Cynthia needs to work on her attitude, and remember she works in the customer service field just as I do."
