"This UPS store here houses PMB 482 which is for a homestead exemption service scam that preys on people who aren't aware of how the homestead exemption process works. They send out official looking letters in the mail to try and attempt to collect a $90 processing fee for a very simple online form you fill out."

"I came here with a prepaid label and UPS charged me $60 in “handling fees” because “they’re a convention center UPS, not a regular UPS.” So I paid postage, plus random fees upon dropping them off. Stay away at all costs."

"The UPS store did a fantastic job in shipping my oversized mattress. They were careful in picking it up and checked with me for the type of mattress to determine the best kind of box to protect it. When it arrived the freight shipper commented that they had never seen a mattress packaged so well. THANK YOU UPS STORE!"

"Giving this store 5 stars purely based on one employee named Noah who is probably the most helpful dude to work at a UPS store ever. I originally wanted to leave a worse review about a year ago when somehow while delivering USPS mail the postman picked up my UPS package inside the store. Whoops. Not sure how that happens but I will say that the Printing side of this store is awesome. Good price and fantastic customer service. Especially this dude Noah who goes above and beyond for no real reason whatsoever other than doing his best to help the customer. 5 stars all the way for that."
