"So wish we had read reviews before coming here. Customer service is horrible. Training is obviously not required for new employees. Almost felt bad for the woman who says she's only been there 2 weeks. Could not answer ANY of our questions. Improper training. I work in customer service and would be ashamed if this is what I had to offer customers. A service that we were told would take 2 weeks is going on 5 months. How this business is still running amazes me! Customers that don't have proper documentation for these types of services are forced to deal with these types of businesses. Well not me! This place needs to be boycotted or reported to the BBB! And it will be! Owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! And as today February 26, 2024. If for any reason they refund you. Only accept checks or money orders! The check my husband received bounced!!! Incredible. So he had to wait another week before he could get cash from them! Stay away from this place! "I would give them -5 negative stars . My boyfriend went to get his plates at that place, he paid an amount that they had told him what he was going to pay , and he had to wait for his plates to arrive, then he spoke to them and they said that he didn't have them ready, the next day they told him that they had it already and he could pick them up but I had to pay for the 7 months that he had signed a title that had not been paid, I was left with a certain amount and it turned out that when he arrived they were asking for more, being ($200 more) it is a robbery because they do not comply with prices . I do not recommend it They change the prices 3 times so don’t tell me he was a aware , !! try to be more honest with the costumers !! mi novio fue a sacar sus placas en ese lugar , el pago una cantidad que le avian dicho que iva hacer , y tenia que esperar que llegen sus placas , despues el les hablo y dijieronq ue nonlas tenia listas , al dia siguente le hablaron que ya las podia recoger pero tenia que pagar los 7 meses de que avia firmado un titulo que no se avia pagado avian quedado con una catidad y resulto que cuando llego le estaban pidiendo mas siendo ($200 mas) se me hace un robo por que no cumplen con los precios . no lo recomiendo"
