"Sam, the store owner was extremely disrespectful. I wanted to make sure my packaged was returned and that I receive the receipt. I have returned many packages before and understand the process. After being disrespectful I said I can go to another store and he forcefully “helped” me while saying rude comments while I was in front of him to his staff and when I tried to grab my package he placed his hand on the packaged and forced me to still be attended there. I didn’t mind going somewhere else but I wasn’t going to be treated the way he did. Extremely bad customer service by the store owner himself."

"The employees were nice and helpful. For returning something via mail, they have a self-service kiosk in the right side where you can scan your return QR code. It will print out a shipping label and there are free clear plastic bags to put the item in. Just seal the bag with the label and you are good to go. This works for Amazon and other online store returns if you have FREE returns. This is helping a lot with the wait time."

"Went in to return items for amazon Wednesday and was assisted by Isabel. She was soo patient and helpful even though it was a mad house with people returning things. I didn't have my things ready for the return process but she helped me get all things together. I really appreciate great customer service and hard workers ! Keep it up UPS."
