"My experience with this business (Shaina?) was VERY different from all of these other reviews. I called her Thurs morning to try to set up a time to meet and get a paper notarized. She answered the phone and sounded super busy (makes sense. Been there before, myself) and was unable to meet that day. No worries, we quickly found a time that worked for us both the next day, Friday, at 3pm. I confirmed the local Hutto address with her, that I would be driving to. I showed up at 3pm on Friday. There was a car in the driveway and a couple of little dogs outside in the yard barking at me as I arrived. I knocked on the door…twice. No answer. I called. No answer, so I left a message to call me back if it was best to reschedule, or if she’d just like to come to me later instead. I never heard back from her. Nothing. No apology, no “can we reschedule?”, nothing. I was pretty shocked. I had to find another notary for assistance. I hope everything is okay, since it appears this is not normal business practice here. Either that, or this business and/or it’s reviews are not legitimate, for having had such a contrasting experience."
