"hello all...this is my 1.5 cents based on 1 call to booker trucking..to start you should know my contact person was harold callaway...i filld out the simple form on line..after a few days i heard nothing back from booker,,so i called,harold answerd the call..i said i had sent in the simple form...so he looked for it ,and the first words out of his mouth was a direct insault to me..as he said i could not read or understad that mess of a message...he did use other words...and when he read it back to me it was very clear...a child could understand it..when your first encounter is a insalut.....well 2 things happen...step forward and take the ground...or step beck and and kick the dirt from your shoes....and leave...i did step forward and made clear again off what he just read...he proceded to just talk over me and made it clear...he is a know all about everything...and thought it fine to insalut me and in the same breth say he is sending me more info....what??? is this bafoon really the front guy for this trucking co????.....unreal....i did not give 1 star because....i understand every co has blow hards.....somewhere..."
