"I had 2 identical copies that needed notarized. She missed the correct county on one, and forgot to add my first name to the other; so she squeezed in the corrections on/above the typos. My printer wasn't working, she brought no redundant copies in case of a typo. Her 24/7 availability was a plus and she was punctual and kept exact appointment times. Edit: She did notify me of the "T" typo because she thought we were in Travis county. I waived that typo completely. But when I reviewed both documents at the end of her visit and saw that she also had an "omission" of my first name, but didn't bother to tell me, I just wanted her to leave at that point. She literally had my photo ID in her possession when she missed my name. The offer for a return visit was empty gesture, because I made it clear to her that this needed to signed on that day. You can't "redo" a notarized document and backdate it. Most notaries would acknowledge this. This was a miss - however, I wish you well."
