"CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!!!! It's worth driving a few more minutes to get acceptable service at another location. They have made multiple mistakes with my shipping and are an absolute nightmare to deal with when trying to correct things. Check out my other reviews and you'll see I'm not some disgruntled psycho who has only left one negative review. I frequently leave honest reviews, both positive and negative, for local businesses. The most egregious incident I experienced was when I paid more than $150 for GUARANTEED next day delivery. My package showed up 5 days late. Mistakes happen, but a decent store with decent customer service would correct the issue. It's been more than 45 days and I've spent HOURS on the phone waiting for a resolution. You will constantly be waiting on hold and can expect to be transferred multiple times. The staff at this location is untrained and almost always direct you to their manager. The manager/store operator is overwhelmed and simply not cut out to be running a business. The last point I'll make is that they use a "3rd party printing service" in-store, or so I was told. What this means is that they have an old computer that charges by the minute if you are printing in-store from your USB stick, etc. The computer is old and freezes and shuts down, so you will have to log in and pay a $5 "Access Fee" for each document you print. This is in addition to any printing fees they charge. I will not be using this store in the future."

"What an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant employee, guided on the Amazon package return process step by step, and finally shown how to use the computer to print some documents. Customer service like that is nearly non-existent these days. I am absolutely blown away by this location. It’s clean, spacious, organized, and of course, staffed by some very friendly and helpful folks. 10/10 to the store owner. You’re doing it right."

"Came here a couple times in December and both times I had an encounter with Jessica. Did a shipment with her and she made it very easy and guaranteed. The second time I came in, the line was long and she was kind enough to assure everyone that we all will be attended to,asking everyone in line to be patient and what is it that they needed help with.She was very professional and patient even when the crowd was not. Was a very pleasant experience every time i went in the store, will definitely be coming back here."

"In a time when genuinely friendly customer service is a rarity, this UPS location stands out! I have used them several times for document notarization and shipping, and have had a great experience each time. The staff, Keisha in particular, are all warm, knowledgeable about UPS services and products, and efficient when completing transactions. Can't recommend this location highly enough!"

"Shipped 2 packages here on the day before Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised. The line moved so swiftly it was almost nonexistent. Everyone there was helpful, but especially Jessica! She was so kind, knowledgeable, calm, great at explaining things, and patient. She was also really efficient, and she managed to help like 5 other customers during the idle times of helping me (label printing etc). Wish I could recruit her for the place where I work - her multitasking and communication skills are next level, and she’s clearly awesome at her job. Thanks for your help today, and happy holidays! Based on today’s experience, I will definitely come back."
