"When I was first assisted the person a male representative quoted me a higher price then another representative a woman agreed and I mentioned when I called I had been quite a lower price for shipping books and a cd. I asked to speak to the person I had spoken to on the phone and they said that she was not available. The quote was 5 or 6 dollars higher so I asked if they could give me the address to the post office. Since I was going by the quote I was given by the lady on the phone. Well then the actual person I spoke to stepped in and was able to help and gave me a quote that less than original quote and she did a great customer service when I was ready to go elsewhere to the post office. She said Since they are books you get the book rate. I was happy she came back from the back and was able to help me. Thank you Sophie."

"Not only did they give me stickers for my son, just because:) but I probably come to this UPS location about once a week and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than two minutes to get help and I am out the door in five or less. Everyone is always super friendly and service is very fast! I would go out of my way if I had to, to drive to this location just because of the customer service! I always leave just feeling happy:)"
