"Color copies on cardstock are $3.50 a page. Double sided it cost $7.00 a page. That is too expensive for me. I will find other solutions I didn’t realize until I got 5 copies double sided and was charged $37.00"

"We just wanted passport photos taken for our little one. The employee working was very rude when we asked (called ahead of time). Stated that babies were difficult to take photos of (our son was calm, not being disruptive). When we called ahead she could have simply stated that she may be busy and photos may not be available to do. The long winded, rude, and assumptious explanation was unnecessary. Would give 0 stars if I could."
