"Unless you're returning cable equipment or Amazon purchases...do not use them. They charge $3.24 to print a label for mailing a package with them. They justified it as being a small independent business with overhead. A small independent business with contracts with ATT, Time Warner and Amazon. Seems to me if a company like MLB contracted with you to mail their returned merchandise back to them the very least you could do is print the label for their customer. On a side note, I went to a FedEx store and they printed the label for me for free. They also include free packaging if you use their services. They will be my new go to for mailing parcels."

Pat has excellent customer service skills, it didn't hurt that he started humming the tune to the name of my business, made me smile after a long day...so needed. We had a short conversation about it. Flow was pretty steady during both of my visits there today. Staff was fast, efficient and friendly...worked as a team. If they were having a rough day, it didn't show. All staff helped every customer in person with a smile and answered all calls with a smile. I'm glad I chose this location."
