"This location has no Saturday Ground pickup. I went to ship a package to a nearby city. The online rate quote said one day service. At the store the receipt said two day service. When I asked about this, the agent didn’t know or lied, but searching UPS website, some nearby locations have Saturday Ground pickup and some don’t. I would have expected the agent to tell me this. Update: I appreciate the owner's response, and I would use the location for anything else. I hope they get a Saturday pickup."
