The UPS Store 9073 West State Highway 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78642

"UPS smashed a large Amazon item box and left the mangled remnant in my driveway. I took it to the store to refuse delivery as instructed by Amazon because there could be no expectation that the contents were intact. The staff tried to refuse me service at first telling me it was between me and Amazon despite my pointing to the UPS shipping label on the box. I told them I was following Amazon's instructions to refuse the damaged shipment. The manager - I believe her name was Jasmine - came out and immediately assumed I was an idiot for daring to argue with her innocent and angelic employees. After she realized I was completely within my rights to refuse the package and probably was doing exactly what I had been told to, she relented and they took the package behind the counter. I asked for proof that I had dropped it off in case I had a problem with Amazon, but they would not provide any proof. I insisted that there must be some way I could document my dropoff, and the manager finished by repeating her refusal with a smirk as if I were an idiot. Needless to say, forget about this location. Hopefully Amazon will choose a different shipping partner in the future because this quality of service and level of professionalism is unfortunately about what I expect from UPS nowadays."

"Although the line was long, it went quickly. I expected a longer wait given the holiday season, but I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency of the staff. Nicholas was a great help and handled my transaction with ease!"

"Great & friendly UPS store however with the local clientele that frequent this location there is a strong & repulsive body odor stench in the store, constantly. It is truly disgusting. I’ve brought it up a couple of times to the staff as politely as I can and they chuckle because they’re fully aware of it and get me but they need to start doing something about it. Set up some Lysol bottles or call out the people and ask them to leave and use proper hygiene. If someone wreaks and is not wearing deodorant it negatively impacts everyone around them. It’s VERY uncomfortable. Stay home in a box or adapt to western civilization and start using deodorant. People should be able to go around in public without having to hold their breath."

"I am one of their most frequent customers! I am not an Amazon return customer. My shipments are at their best margins ! I have had three really negative episodes in a row. This is going to send me to another location that is not as convenient ! I know it is hard to hire customer service staff at the moment . What I have experienced consecutively, I now need to go elsewhere. What is sad, they have some really outstanding employees but their negative staff outweighs the positive!"
