"I returned a product from amazon in the original envelope. I did not seal it so they could see the item. They said ok but it will cost you $1 to seal the envelope. Unreal customer service, horrible, short and rude. I was in the area so I thought I would give them a chance. Never again. It is back to my original UPS store near my house. Stay away from these rude and unprofessional employees at 2920 / Kuykendahl location next to Kroger. I would rate them zero stars if I could."

"I went in on 1/24 to return an Amazon package and I was given excellent customer service by Jackie! It was quick and easy! Service with a smile! Great job!"

"Went there to drop off a return and the Asian, fat lady was very rude. She asked if that was the original package, I said no, it came in a bag, she said you have to return it in a bag then. I said it was a Prime Envelope from Amazon?? How do I get one of those. She said to ask Amazon, next as pushing me off. Took my box to another location, no problem at all. Customer service is non existant."

"Do not ship from this UPS store!! I dropped off a package for Amazon return and the delivery address was for FLORIDA.. the package was delivered to ALABAMA and this store basically said it's not their problem! They got the correct information the first time and when I returned that lady in there named Jackie basically said "this is not our fault, you need to leave". So this Spring UPS store shipped a whole MacBook where it was not supposed to be and won't own their mistake!"

"While this UPS Store did ultimately process my shipping requests, the path to get there was more time consuming than ideal. They wanted me to package together several items which if I had the UPS Store do it, would have cost >$20 given the size of the items. They also do not print out UPS pre-paid labels but rather they tell you to pay to use their computer to then print labels out. Overall would be better if they provided an easier, more streamlined experience."
