"This place is very hard to get into. Make SURE you know what building you are loading or unloading at because, they have two. No one speaks English so, have your translator ready. You get unloaded in a decent amount of time."

"Of you don't have to deliver to this place don't! Lady in the reviving department is not very nice to American truck drivers. I have 379 peterbilt with a very mild stretched frame.i informed her that where she wanted me to back up to was not possible. She keep saying I had to back up there. I explained to her why I couldn't. She did not care. Even her coworker explained to her,again she did not care. Even being on time this lady kept excepting trucks from Mexico and Hispanic drivers over my truck, witch only had 5 pallets in it. I offered a solution to back straight back to the dock next to where she wanted me to back up to. Again she said No! I had no choice but to call the broker. Explained everything to the broker and they had to get involved. Other wise I was you g to ask for my paperwork back and put customer refused to unload truck. The lady in the reviving department has been very rude to me multiply times for no reason. I have tried to be nice and polite that does not work either. I give up with her and Jefferson forwarding. Broker said they expect better form this place. Will will see in the future.as for now.....stay away if you don't have to be there. Very long wait times as well."
