When I arrived they told me to use the customer computer to print out my images, but then they CHARGED ME FOR MY TIME ON THE COMPUTER THEY FORCED ME TO USE. WORST PRINTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I would give it 0/5 if I could"

"HORRIBLE. All employees (excluding dude with the broke collar-bone) hate that you are even alive, let alone standing in front of them. Doesn't matter if you have all your stuff together and only need them to scan a label for drop off, how dare you be alive in their presence. The owner is an even bigger joke. Can UPS corp get involved? Seems to be an ongoing trend."

"I have been shipping out of this location for years, and I absolutely love all the staff working there. Always greeting me with a smile and providing great service. Never had any issues with my packages."

"Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. There are two reserved parking spaces for quick drop-offs. Small shop but still offers the ability to make copies, pick up greeting cards and purchase packing materials in addition to mailing packages! UPDATE: if you are shipping internationally you should not choose UPS. I had a package to send to Canada they told me the slowest ground rate would be $411 for a 12 lb package that measured 20”x12”x12”. I paid them for boxing and taping the box because I didn’t have any tape with me to complete this task and I was trying to get the package shipped. Then I was told my total for the box and packing fee was $14! I left with my package and did some checking USPS was $72 and FedEx was only $61! I do not plan to use this service for any reason in the future. As a side note, there were boxes stacked everywhere and there seemed to be some level of confusion as to which boxes had been processed. They seemed overwhelmed."

"This was THE WORST experience that I’ve had at a UPS store. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in and waited for a minute or so and wasn’t acknowledged and when I finally said something, I was rudely greeted by a young lady that said “ I heard you come in, but I’m doing something and I will get to you in a moment.” When she finally got up from what she was doing, she then told another associate to help me and couldn’t even look me in the face, no apology or anything like that. The gentleman that helped me wasn’t bad, but I’m honestly not going to come back. This establishment’s customer service is awful."
