"Bad day! Arrived loaded 0940, left empty at 1820. Wait on street while advancing to far gate. Sometimes it backs up, around and past the stop sign, so beware and don't zoom past others that wait..."they will step out on you", and you'll be turning around to wait anyhow. Once past check-in gate, let the zoo begin! Switchers make deals with their own skin, pulling trls to make a door ready for their people. We were given a dock that was occupied 5 hrs by an empty trl. (Office guy said it was broke, but sure enough at 1600 it was flowing with border drivers. ((dock 8)) and 9, 7. Pager not working at 1500, so went inside to give phone number. At 1530 we stole dock 10. Noticed we were finished at 1815. 20 minutes with no phone call, went inside. (Now remember when we turned in that broke pager...they lost our BoL. Took our ph. #. 15 minutes later she calls and forgot what dock we took.). So, I go inside for BoL after being unloaded...they "can't find BoL.). This place a joke!!!! One star, cuz they are respectful. Took my next pickup off the table, money loss."
