On my last visit, they had a repeat customer's phone number memorized, which impressed me, and then when I was walking back to my car, another employee ran out to warn me that my tire pressure was pretty low! I mean, where else would you get that kind of service?"

"The typical old racist white man. SMH. I'm new to the Cypress area. As we waited to notarized papers, we overheard the conversation between the older white couple, whom the husband asked to speak to his wife by name not knowing he was the owner. After notarizing their papers he told them, it was" free for his neighbors" and the male customer looked confused but smiled and stated he didn't mind paying while the owner insisted repeatedly saying he was not charging "his neighbors" and winked at the guy. When it was my turn, he charged us $12 for 2 sheets!! Cypress isn't Houston however It was obvious he overcharged me for 2 sheets while proudly displaying his "whites have privileges here card". It's not the 50s or 60s anymore. Keep it professional and fair for everyone. I paid because he had stamped my sheets before telling me the total. Sidenote* The older white man's that was working with him facial expressions confirmed every statement in this post. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Owner Robert Shaw is VERY RUDE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This sorry excuse of a man refused to sign my affidavit today and when I asked why he told me, “corporate policy.” At first I accepted that answer and walked out, but after doing some research I realized this was a violation of their notary license. I went back in the store to ask for a phone number to corporate. He refused to give me any contact info for corporate and did so in a very nasty way. I asked him why he was being so nasty with me and he continued to just be more nasty, stating that I asked the same question 3 times and didn’t like his answer. The reality is I wasn’t going to accept him telling me there was no way to contact corporate when I KNOW there is a way. This man then proceeds to tell me I’m right but he isn’t gonna give me ANYTHING. How wrong he was again because he did give me something, a nasty attitude and a reason to complain on every platform available. I am also filing complaints with the state notary. Good luck with your nasty attitude Mr. Shaw!"

"I needed some funeral programs printed last minute. Called several places with no luck. Fortunately I found Rose who was so kind and helpful. She even came in early the next morning to ensure my project would be done in a timely manner. My project turned out beautiful, they folded the programs for me at no charge and packaged them in plastic. I’m not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews because everyone in that store was very kind and professional. I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future."
