"Was picking up expedited load, 90% of employees don’t speak English, and only shipping receiving contact they have Ricardo wasn’t available. Not driver friendly. No office for driver check in. Worst, and most unprofessional service I’ve seen in the industry yet."

"I wish I could give Zero stars!! First of all I doesn't say Laser on the building! I know it happens a lot but this is only the first strike! Arrived at the guard shack. Told to go to Building One after he had inspected my shipping documents. Of course their is nowhere to park as this site is a complete cluster!! I parked as best I could and went to Building One only to be told I had to go to Building Three! I got to building Three and the parking is even worse. Shunt trucks , day cabs and sleeper cabs are all trying to maneuver and park at the same time. So basically it is chaos! I park as least offensively as I could and went to the shipping office. Now my problems really start!!! i waited until it was my turn in the line and it only took 25 minutes only to be told to take my truck down to the ramp and wait until someone came out to unload me. Drove down to the ramp and waited. And waited and waited. Finally some guy in a truck started blowing his horn that he wanted into a hole that I was blocking. Finally someone from the office came out and told me to go back to the shipping office as I had been told I was at the wrong office. I explained that I had been sent there but he was adamant I had to go back. Moved my truck again. Went to the office asked what was happening. Only to be told I don't speak English!!!!!!! I asked for a supervisor and one was promised. Of course I am on the phone to dispatch and they say they have spoken to a supervisor and he is on his way down!! Waited an hour and went to the window again. I am told to go to the ramp again by a different member of the office staff. I walked down and asked the person behind the glass and he told me again that I was in the wrong place!!!! Finally got a supervisor and he decided that I could be unloaded as it it was only one skid by putting a pallet truck on the back of the trailer and lifting it off. Forklift driver turns up without a pallet truck! Wait another 30 minutes for him to come back! Pull the skid to the door and within 30 seconds it is unloaded. Now I am told to go back to the shipping area to get my paperwork signed again I wait 30 minutes to get that signed before escaping. I was not alone as the waiting area was full of other drivers in the same boat as myself. Note that if a UPS or Fedex truck comes in all staff down tools and go to work on unloading them! I say all the staff well they all stand in a line moving one parcel down at a time for one member of staff to scan it. I counted 9 people doing this!!! Avoid like the plague unless of course you want to do a reset here!!! Staff are rude, incompetent and just plain ignorant!"

"Better than expected, definitely. Gate opens at 9AM sharp, not a moment before. Apparently all appointments are for 9AM, but they are quite efficient, or were today. Was at least 7th through the gate, and still was unloaded and out the gate in under 2 hours. Take heed that several of those in front were flat beds and I have a box, but still."
