"I went for pickup on a Friday morning. I suggest getting there before 7am to get in line or you will be waiting a long time. You have to park on the street and wait your turn to get checked in by security. Overall, it's not terrible for a busy Friday. I was in and out in 3 hours."

"They didn't take a very long time to unload. Quick and polite dock workers. The reason for low stars is that they won't let drivers use the restroom. The girls up front will lie and say it's out of service. I saw two employees use the restroom on the dock and it works fine."
