"Arrived a few minutes late, but the problems were it smelled like urine,it was messy and the ladies were very rude and unfriendly. Very limited help & They had pets walking around loose. i didnt feel safe leaving my cat alone with them. they also said that i can leave because it would take roughly 2 hours to give him a simple bath, Depending on his behavior, 2 HOURS!!!? Come On! The Animal Hospital had it done in less than an hour...never coming here again!"

"This place is fantastic! My Doberman was a rescue and is the only dog that I’ve owned that won’t let me cut his nails. Every other vet and groomer in the area had an extremely hard time (understandably) Zeus is 100lbs and strong willed. I showed up late once before a holiday weekend and the owner ran in back and grabbed the nail trimmers and cut Zeus’s nails on the spot, you don’t understand how impressive that was that he was comfortable and didn’t fight us at all with all four paws! They are the only place I’ll take my dog to."
