"Mesilla Valley offers great growth opportunities within the company!"
"I’ve been working in MVT for 5 months now. To be honest, the work environment is pretty nice; from management to drivers. The staff is really kind. They helped me a lot throughout my probation period and everything seems to be going pretty smooth."
"MVT has been great so far. Everything the recruiter told me has been true so far. Pay is great. Coming from old dominion new orleans after 7 years a have to say there neck and neck but Mvt has an slight edge because of the way I see how they care about employees. My dispatcher Salvador definitely goes above n beyond to keep me rolling and to get me home! [Garland Segue]"
"It’s been more than a 5 days haven’t been able to get rolling they had me back and forth going to the terminal fleet manager doesn’t answer top of that they made me quit my job because they said I will be rolling right after my orientation they lied to us and as drivers we move America forward it’s just not fair mr royal jones your company is a waste of time"
"THE WORST driving company I have ever driven for in my five-year career. If you are a driver please STAY AWAY from here they have not paid me detention time and had me on call for the time that I was working. I worked 10-14hour for 5 to 6 days a week and only would get add a $1,000 to $1,500 per week .The dispatchers only care about themselves and expect you to basically be at their beck and call plus they're pretty much your boss and will do/ say whatever they want about you if you do not want to take a load. I needed to take four days off since I was sick and even though I let them know about it the dispatchers threatened to fire me! Even though they do not pay sick days for drivers! ELD equipment was faulty and their HOS department control your hours. So even though you get paid by the mile Trucks are governed at 62 -65mph. So you are limited to making any money. The recruiter lied and I had to take a different lane that barely paid me enough for food , gas ,and light bill. Only reason I stayed is because doesn't look good to go from company to company but these companies will say anything to get you in the door and I am so glad to go!"
