"I've visited this store many times so it was quite disappointed in the service this morning. You all need to do a much better job of training new staff. If you're working at a postal place, one would think you would know what stamps are available. I came in to purchase one postcard stamp this morning, which I purchased many times before. The new girl is digging through the drawer and picks up a regular mail stamp. I say to her, "no that's a regular stamp. I need a postcard stamp." She then wants to see the postcard that I'm mailing, asking am I mailing it just like that. It's a postcard. Like is she completely clueless about a postcard?! She takes my postcard, and begins to go into the computer system to look up, who knows! Because it's serving no purpose at this time. So I say to her if you pull out some of the stamps in the drawer I can show you which are the postcard stamps. So instead of her pulling them out of the drawer she asked me to describe them as if I'm going to steal the stamps that she pulls out. So I then go on to describe the several different types of postcard stamps that are available because there are several different ones so who knows which ones are available that day. Is it the seashells? is it the farm houses? is it the sailboats? It could be any of those but why doesn't she know what postcard stamps are available when she works at a postal office. I then just tell her to give me my postcard back because I'm not really sure what the issue is this morning and why it's such a struggle just to get one postcard. Her response is, "I'm new here." Well I don't really care if you're new because stamps isn't rocket science so the attitude was so not necessary nor was the excuse. Because when I first asked for a postcard stamp and she didn't know what it was she should have just simply went to the other person that was in the store and asked. It could have been that simple. Train your people!!"

"I'm upset about what just happened to me in this place, I went 1 month and a half ago to drop off some very important papers and the person who attended me was a Hispanic woman with long dark hair and wears glasses. I saw that she just grabbed the package and put it in a basket, I asked her if i need any receipt or if she can give me a green piece of paper that the envelope has. So she told that the package it was fine, just took a picture of the envelope. I trusted, but it turns out that these girl never scanned the package and it was never sent and they didn't even go to send it to the address that had the envelope. I went to the lawyer who is helping me to see if the papers were still valid but she charged me to send the envelope again for something that was not my fault. When I went to this place again, the girl was there and I heard about the issue among the workers and the girl who had served me before she was laughing about the issue."

"Very upset that when I dropped off a packet containing very important legal documents back in June. The package was never scanned nor sent and because of that we had to pay extra money to the lawyer and the procedure was delayed. The female that was the reason this all happened had long dark hair and wears glasses even had the audacity to laugh when asked why the package was not delivered. There was a man who wears glasses and has dark hair whom was more helpful and professional. He handled the situation with more compassion and did not charge to send the package."

"I come here between 2 to 3 times a week to pick up my Amazon orders, the staff is always friendly and try and help everyone as fast as possible even when they are busy. Today I purchased one of their mailbox rentals for a year and they gave me 2 months free, the prices here compared to the one closer to my house were better so of course the choice was easy!
