"I like this place because it is conveniently located near my home. I dropped off a letter to be mailed via USPS and after 15+ days unfortunately it still has not been received by the recipient. I most likely will no longer use their services going forward and will mail directly with USPS when sending off a letter with out tracking. I understand things happen, but this is a huge inconvenience and unacceptable. Not saying it will happen again, but please be aware when mailing here and tracking is unavailable."
"These people are charging $18.00 for a book of stamps and the post office say they only suppose to charge $13.50. I think it’s unfair I won’t be giving them any of my business anymore I’d rather take the long drive to the post office at least I’ll see I k ow I won’t be cheated."
