"Cardiff Postal is not just another postal service in Katy. In my opinion, this business is the only one I trust. I have been a customer for over 8yrs now. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The new owner is dedicated to scanning packages for tracking numbers to be sure they reach their destination. I have had to call regarding old packages “not being delivered.” The owner can pull up the date, time & year you dropped it off. He will also give you all tracking numbers. Never once have I ever felt to be a burden, he is simply trying to solve any & all issues. The staff is also not only friendly but highly skilled. The construction on 1463 has not slowed Cardiff down. I can buzz in and out without any issues. Unlike years prior the old owner would never scan anything. Boxes were dropped off and left by the front door. I always left hoping for the best. Since the change of ownership, I can now leave knowing my package will arrive its destination on time. Cardiff postal is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every visit. I highly recommend you try out this business the next time you need to send a package or letter.
