"I just had the nicest experience with an employee named Tony. I had to ship some packages out for my 16 yr old grandson who has a side hustle. He gave me specific instructions on asking for the label to be printed. He made sure to tell me that is the only location that has been kind and printed it out for him. Tony recognized the type of product that was being shipped out and asked if I was doing this errand for my son and I said that I was actually doing it for my grandson and not only did he give me a compliment (at 57 years of age that felt damn good) while I was in there, he was very patient and interacted with other customers. He was very professional and even knew a regular coming in. This young man works very well with the public and is an asset to your company. Thanks Tony for making my day!"
