The UPS Store

"Go to UPS store to ship an irreplaceable item. The UPS store ships my package with the post office? Why would any person go to the UPS store to ship a package with the post office. They took my money for expedited shipping and it was supposed to reach its destination two days later. Here we are a solid week out and the tracking number says that the post office is waiting for the package. I call down there for help, get put on hold for an eternity only to be told I now have to do additional unpaid work of going to the post office to get a refund because I did not get what I paid for. I also could not get any other information on where my irreplaceable item is.. again go to the post office I am told to track you package. So now I have to take time from running my business to go do this businesses job for them. Thanks a lot UPS store."

"I have tried to use this location at least 4 times and they always have some issue. Machines not working, too many packages, not enough help. Always an excuse!!! Today they are closed because of a smell?? Are you serious. I’m done with this location. Not to mention parking is a nightmare. Go somewhere else!!!"

"Kind of a strange location for a UPS store. Parking can be really difficult here. Limited spaces and busy area. Sometimes the UPS truck is taking up the only customer only parking. Be prepared if you’re here during busy times and have a lot of packages to carry."
