"THEY NEED TO GIVE THIS SPOT UP NOW!!! It's NOT under new management! It's the same mess! I went there yesterday. The clerk would not come to the counter while the line piled upp. Couldn't get gas or money orders. Had to leave. Came back and their ATM was out of money. A few days ago, I ordered tacos, the clerk talks to her friend, so MUCH that, after I went to my car to WAIT for her to make the tacos, when I came back in 10 minutes later, SHE HAD FORGOT TO PUT THEM IN THE OVEN. TALKING!! I've said this before. It's harder to get acrossed the street to the other gas station. The clerks here CONTINOUSLY won't ring up customers. The lines get out of control. They can't perform often. I only get service half the time. The other times, I end up leaving with nothing. The continously new cashiers attitudes are often ridiculous. This place under performs on a consistent basis. The things that prevent an easy transaction red flag this place. There's no way there should be these many issues all the time. Different machienes are down often, money orders, ATM, pop, ice, out items. AND THEY WON'T RING UP THE LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS. There's another new one. Huffs and puffs. Hand on the hip. WE CANT EVEN GET SERVICE. I'm DONE GOING HERE. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. SEVEN ELEVEN ON 11TH STREET ROCK ISLAND needs to give up this location to a different gas station. They're wasting and abusing this location while the other gas station is across a BUSY muti-laned street. It's serious."

"The last few times I've been here the pop machine has been flat and the pizza we grabbed to pop in the oven the dough wasn't cooking all the way and the dough soaked up the sauce because there wasn't any holes in the bottom of the crust for cooking. It was giving high school pizza after Obamas wife made healthy food in schools. Terrible and dry. The girl working was not very friendly and didn't greet nobody. The only place open at that time though so it is what it is"
