"Came here for a tour in June, checked off everything on our list for what we were looking for in a daycare. Paid a deposit to hold our spot. We didn’t need daycare until September but they said our spot would be ready in August. In order to maintain our spot we agreed to start in August. August came and we had yet to hear anything. I called and was told we were still next on the list and should hear from them in the next week. Of course nothing, reached back out to them was told end of August/beginning of September at the latest. Needless to say we still never got a call. It’s now the end of December 4 months after when they said a spot would be available. We luckily found a phenomenal day care nearby that got us in. Hopefully my experience is not the norm for COA but if it’s anything like this - run. Not even worth fighting for my deposit back."

"My daughter had switched locations, and this location is AMAZING! She is in one of their two toddler rooms with Ms Alexia and Ms Summer. They have helped her so much and have always gone above my expectations for teachers. The artwork is always adorably creative for toddlers! It makes me feel better knowing that she loves being in their class and most of the time doesn't want to leave for home! All of the staff is kind and caring to us both."

"Yorkville COA has been the best daycare experience I have ever had for my child. When you walk through the halls, you can see the learning on every board! My daughter grew and learned so much here and all of the staff love these kids as if they were their own. The center has an awesome camera system too so I was able to watch my little one throughout the day! I highly recommend this center to every parent! Your child will be safe, growing, and learning all while having fun!"
