"I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt leaving one for UPS store #6190 was necessary. I needed to return a 8x10 rug to Amazon which was not properly wrapped. A UPS store worker named Troy, informed me of the best and most cost efficient way to make this happen. He also helped me wrapped the rug and finished the job by taping it together. Because he took a few minutes of his time to assist me, I was able to save money, time, and a possible headache due to Amazon possibly not accepting my return. Troy, we need more people like you! Thank you for making my day!"
