"Around 9:45pm San Antonio to Austin, August, 20, 2022 this lady (busdriver) is so rude. Profanity. I can understand that their might be people that dont speak english but never try to be rude. Telling us to turn on the lights. We just trying to rest. Oh and to turn off our phones. Im dissapointed! Raiting it a 0. Do my rights even matter in this bus. If i turn it off she told us she would turn the whole light in the bus jaja Bad service"

"I have to call this morning, because a family member is coming from there to Miami, we've never been there and we don't know how to proceed, but then Robert made our day, at the same time he was attending customers on thee desk, patiently he was giving us instructions and all the information we need. Big kudos to Robert, we need more people like him."

"Driver somewhat rude My first time buying a ticket at a gas station When I get to the bus the driver tells me to load the suitcase by myself cause it didn't have a ticket atattched to it I didn't get one from the gas station (stripes) I expected them to provide one for my suitcase but then I thought the driver would have one for me Anyways not cool for the driver to just say load it up yourself and get it down yourself (wow customer service) I can do it myself but he should of said for next time I recommend you asking the clerk for a suitcase ticket Which I did say I was carrying a suitcase Oh well another experience But customer service first impression count matter a lot"

"Been on this bus once to California n recently again just forgot where I got on lol. But yea ots a fun experience n a good ride. Just wish it had some service like going onna plane to make it more fun cus that would make the trip more exciting."
