"I have never had issues with packages being delivered to my address but they can’t find the address and after talking to them 4 different times being told that they are about to deliver it on the 5 or 6 time they say they are sending it back to shipper after they assured me they were not going to do that."

"You only get help when you get aggressive. If you are soft and nice you will be given the run around and told you have to email and put in a complaint and wait untill they get back to you. Only got the information I needed over the phone when I got aggressive towards them. Item got delivered to the wrong place and just to find out where it was after waiting weeks for it was a headache"

"Not so great. Deliveries are when the driver feels like delivering. Over the past few weeks I have had 8 packages delivered to my physical address. Today the driver said my address was incorrect and my package is undeliverable? More likely the driver just didn't want to drive down here to deliver."
