"My interactions with Ray have been frustrating at best. I am not bothered by the fact that he does not engage with customers nor is his reception ever warm. What is frustrating is that he is impatient and rude. On this last, and I truly mean last, occasion I patronized the Dewey location, he stopped midway through my transaction to assist other customers and proceeded to berate my in front of the other employee and customer. I shared with him that I would never engage with a customer in such a manner and that he needs coaching on improving his behavior. His response was to ask me if I was ready to continue with my transaction. Even though it is an inconvenience to go to another store, I have no plans to conduct personal business with this location in future."

"Saw the reviews and was concerned, which turned out to be needless. My package return was handled efficiently, the young lady was courteous, and I was acknowledged when I arrived. I didn't have tape to close up a package and she took care of that. Looking at the reviews, I'm gonna say there's probably a lot of entitled customers because this is next to a college. Pretty sure you can figure that one out."
