"Everyone at this store goes above and beyond. I am always greeted, by name, as soon as I walk in the door. If they’re busy helping others, they still greet me right away and say they’ll be right with me. Renee, Susan and Brittany are so helpful with my printing needs, even though I have very specific needs that probably seem a bit over the top. A friend of mine goes out of her way to come to this location since they’re so helpful and friendly."

I have been there on two separate occasions and have been treated with CONDESCENTION and POOR customer service BOTH times. The women who proudly advertise their ownership of this store clearly have a chip on their shoulder. As a business owner myself, I can readily recognized genuine “servant hearts.” Conversely, as is the case for this store, the opposite is glaringly obvious…BEGRUDGING tolerance and RELUCTANT, “Holier than Thou” attitudes. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, then walk into this store. Otherwise, drive down Huebner to the store on Vance Jackson."

Every time, they come with a new reason why we can’t return our FREE return and make us spend money buying packaging at their store. No other store in the area has ever given us an issue.
