"This place. The help is rude and non apologetic. We had packages to drop off that had already been paid for to be returned to our place of business. They don't care. Charged us a fee to drop them off even though they had to do nothing. I have done this in LA, DC, Orlando, Las Vegas, never been charged a fee. Look at the reviews before you do business with places. I would not go here."

"12/18 It is 9:30 in the morning and employees did not show up to work at 9am to open store. The convention center is letting us wait inside until they show up supposedly on the way. The Fed Ex in the Marriott and Hyatt are both open and have staff… Update. Opened at 9:49 Zero apology or explanation… Thanks convention center for being king and let us wait inside!"

"There aren't any signs that I can see from the street or parking. It just looks like a small college extension site, but The UPS Store is there. Park, walk through the two buildings and it's on the left side."

"Renee was so helpful and kind enough to open her doors back up to me when I arrived at the store shortly after it had closed for the day. The shop hours were incorrect in Google Maps, which left me in a pickle as I was on foot with my Amazon returns. She saw me looking up nearby locations, and came out and said she’d check my boxes in so I wouldn’t have to take a car and lug my returns across town. Excellent customer service, and a thoughtful gesture in general."
