"I came early as asked and waited about 40 minutes just to talk to someone. Over half of the time I've been here Wanda had been talking to a customer about everything under the sun. I made an appointment and did what I was supposed to. Then she had the nerve to follow me out. She couldn't pay the slightest bit of attention until I left without a tattoo. Very unprofessional. Never coming back and I'll be sure to let others know as well. Horrible customer service."
