I had ordered a bridal portrait at a different print shop in town, and it fell through, and so I went to the UPS store in hopes of getting something printed. Jesse and Kim went above and beyond and got the bridal portrait printed and made it so easy to fix this problem. I will definitely be going here for all my printing and shipping needs. The team there is very helpful and knowledgeable about their services."

One of the associates helped me carry all of them from my car into the store and checked them in in just a minute. It was quick, efficient and friendly helpful service with a smile. "I took a package in to this UPS store with a return shipping label, following all the instructions. The clerk who was serving me informed me that they do not accept firearms at that location, but that it must go to a HUB...but couldn't give me an address for a hub. Two problems with that. Firstly, we have actually mailed returned firearms at this location before. And secondly, the instructions on the return label clearly state that the package can be returned to ANY UPS store, Access Point Location, or even handed off directly to any UPS driver you happen to meet on his route. So either this particular clerk needs more training to learn what she can do...or she's just a lazy person who didn't want to do her job. Either way, that is unacceptable. A drive to the UPS store is a 1-hour round trip for me. And I really don't appreciate my time, money and gas being wasted."
