"I frequent this location often. This location has been extremely helpful especially in assisting me in printing and crafting items for work. Afarin, one of the owners is extremely helpful. Not only does does she help bring my project to life, I have seen her go out of her way to help customers with all their needs."

"It feels like this location is always nickel and diming you somehow. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s once excuse after another making things hard on the customer. Recently it’s the $1 charge for USPS drop-offs which they know they can strong arm people into. They say it’s because they don’t have enough space, but the USPS bin is almost empty every time I’ve needed to drop something off. Even when I’m shipping and paying for other UPS items, they can’t just take my small package (almost always just one small padded envelope for small box). Nope, gotta pay up that $1 for doing a service that every single other UPS store I’ve ever been to does for free. I don’t think those $1 charges are worth the frustration to your customers, or the insignificant change to your bottom line. An idea that sounds good on paper, but is really bad in reality."

"Best UPS store around. Staff and owners are great. They always greet you and if there’s a line they get to you as fast as they can. Their service is first class. I use them for shipping, copying, notarizing, brochures and enlarging. Everything I have done there has always come out perfect. They pride themselves in getting your orders right!"
