"To the owner: First all, your staff is great! I like seeing them in the morning. I’d like to continue coming here but the biggest gripe I have is the coffee creamer selections. Half and half and French vanilla? Took away Carmel macchiato.. but That’s it? That’s all you have. I can imagine how many other people went elsewhere for their morning coffee or are thinking about it. It’s not just the coffee business their taking, it’s the snacks, the gas, the drinks. GET MORE COFFEE CREAMER VARIETY. The simplest thing goes a long way! Irish crème, HAZELNUT, a couple others. I am speaking for many here as I’ve spoke to multiple customers and your staff hears it a lot too. Listen to them. Your coffee sales will do better but thinning the things that go hand and hand with coffee…. Come on! I’ll continue to come in but if I can’t have my flavors, I’ll go elsewhere. I’ll raise my 3 star to 5 star once I see coffee creamer variety. Not trying to complain but inform. Hope this message is received well :)"
