They are all smiles and super professional, I have never had a bad experience at this location and I live 10-15 minutes away from this store. Not to mention, the staffs are regulars (not the high turn over locations), thus I get the friendly neighborhood experience every time!"

"I stopped in store to drop off a return to Amazon and learned this return required a shipping label to be attached to the box, which I did not print before going to the store. The clerk was extremely nice but their cost to print this label for me was $2, which is absurd. I went down to the location on MacArthur, and like the location I go to in Fort Worth, there was no charge, they were happy to assist. I understand there is a cost to this business to print that label, but not $2. Thank you MacArthur location for great customer service."
